Aviation Hydrostatic Testing Services

More Than Just a Hydro Test, an Aircraft Component Repair

When it comes to performing a hydrostatic test, there are lots of local facilities that promise to deliver. Unfortunately, only a handful of these facilities also have the required FAA certification to work on aircraft equipment per 14CFR Part 43.3, a federal law mandating that ALL aircraft parts are maintained by certificated persons and facilities.

CGS operates a Department of Transportation (DOT) authorized test facility that complies with 49CFR Part 180.205.  With approvals from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), we also have the unique ability to return cylinder assembles to service in accordance with these regulatory requirements.

This means that each item we work on comes with FAA and/or EASA certification and also meets DOT requirements.  Few other facilities exist with such capability.

The stringent quality standards found in aviation are applied to every hydrostatic test we perform, at a price competitive even in the commercial, SCUBA, SCBA, and medical industries.
