We are currently searching for a full-time Technician. Work hours will be 7am-4pm Monday-Friday at our facility in Los Alamitos, CA.


The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance and success. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free. This position is designed to develop a valued technical expert, who, recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, can deliver quality work on a consistent basis.


A steady, even pace is required to promote accuracy and quality of work. There are many repetitive routines. A complete set of procedures and tasks must be completed before new ones begin.

Decision-making is within clearly defined job scope and based on defined policies and procedures, supported by management.

Leadership is focused on consistent, accurate, quality work output. Some delegation to others when appropriate, using training, coaching and on the job experience.

Technicians are considered Safety Sensitive Employees, so a pre-employment drug test and adherence to our FAA accepted Drug and Alcohol program is required. This includes random drug and alcohol testing. We must also adhere to federal laws like 49CFR391.11(a)(2) and 49CFR172.201(a)(2), so English is a required language.


Carry out assigned tasks in accordance with the applicable maintenance manual and company manuals

Ensure work is performed in the appropriate sequence

Request inspections of work performed in an orderly and timely manner

Perform all work according to the appropriate maintenance data and customer requirements

Ensure that all test equipment and calibrated tools are verified before use

Ensure that all material installed is checked for expiration date before use

Request stock as required for the work being performed

Complete the appropriate paperwork within company guidelines


We do not work on aircraft directly, so a FAA Airframe and Powerplant license is not required, however it is great to have so we can assign you inspection duties sooner.

At least 2 years of experience in a related mechanical and/or technical role is required.
