2019 NBAA Top 40 Under 40 – Jennifer Evans

Our warmest congratulations to JENNIFER EVANS our CFO who recently received the industry's NBAA Top 40 under 40 award.

In addition to being CGS’ CFO, Jennifer is a member of the Southern California Aviation Association, NBAA and Component Control’s QUE Group. Jennifer came to business aviation from outside the aviation industry and has hired many people without aviation experience, so “mentorship is crucial.” She tries to create an inclusive environment for CGS employees and makes herself available as a mentor. “It’s a great diverse, supportive community. Everyone is willing to help each other,” she said. Jennifer believes the industry offers many career options. “There are airports every-where; you can go anywhere and find a job in business aviation that’s exciting.”
